November 2021 I have complained about this app for years, and at last it had almost started to actually deliver most of the promised benefits of SMART metering. However, the latest update on 2022 RUINED IT - it is no longer possible to obtain any useful details of individual fuels on a dual fuel account. For example actual near real time electricity consumption. Further confusing by not emphasising the fact that it now uses UTC for time. A complete waste of time.

I note that for last week or so the app is telling me that you are working on some enhancements which I presume normally come as an update. I find this annoying as I don't have an in home display (despite asking for one more than once) so I can't keep an eye on costs. Can you tell me when the enhancing will be completed?

Simply does not work neither does my online account. Can sign in but cannot access any functions. Used to work okay. What's happening? Update. Apparently no fault of the app. Problem is still ongoing and due to Scottish Power's incompetence in carrying out a simple administrative task to update my account to a new number when my tariff changed last December.
